Insights into the world of electronics - open day at Roland Electronic GmbH
Management and employees of Roland Electronic GmbH together with interested young people.

The taster day at Roland Electronic GmbH was a good opportunity for pupils and young people from the immediate neighborhood to get to know the long tradition company from "next door" and to gain an insight into the everyday work. The management of Roland Electronic GmbH decided to organize this event in order to give the young target group the opportunity to get to know the different departments and fields of activity of the company and to exchange with the employees.

During the taster day, the participants were able to take a tour of the production facilities and offices and gain insights into the different areas of the company, such as development and production. At several hands-on stations, they were able to learn in an entertaining way how the company works and what tasks and challenges it has to master in order to be successful within the markets.

In addition, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and talk with employees in order to get a better understanding of the corporate culture and the career opportunities within the company. "The taster day at Roland Electronic was a complete success and a valuable experience for the young participants to learn about the company and to make first contacts in the working world. The positive feedback motivates us to repeat this event", affirms Managing Director Marcus Bartle.
